The Bhartiya Ratna Awards are designed to recognize and honor exceptional individuals and organizations in their respective sectors. Winners are selected based on criteria such as quality, experience, qualifications, and more

Any individual or organization from any field is eligible to apply. This includes professionals such as social workers, doctors, consultants, academicians, counselors, advocates, writers, reporters, bankers, insurance agents, farmers, employees, artists, politicians, spiritual leaders, astrologers, numerologists, and even children with exceptional achievements.

Applicants may apply for more than one category, as outlined on the website. If an applicant cannot find a suitable category, they may suggest a new category for consideration by the management. Applications are open to organizations and individuals who are registered and based in India.

  1. The process is online only.
  2. The nomination form and process are free of cost.
  3. Entries received by post or courier will not be accepted.
  4. Any nominee can fill out multiple nomination forms for one or more categories.
  5. The applicant/nominee can be contacted via mobile for validation of supplied data.
  6. Any false information submitted in the nomination form will lead to immediate and permanent disqualification of the nominee.
  7. The nomination form, along with other relevant documents, will be accepted in English only.
  8. The management has the exclusive right to reclassify the nomination forms and award categories.
  9. The management reserves the right to extend, reschedule, and alter the venue, date, and time, as well as the chief guests/distinguished guests of the Bhushan Award, for any reasons and exigencies beyond the control of the Foundation.
  10. Upon final selection, the nominees will be required to pay a donation.
  11. After completion of the payment process, event details will be sent to the selected candidates.
  12. The donation is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  13. There may be more than one awardee in a particular nomination category.
  14. The award title, certificate, logos, images, trade names, trademarks, and copyrights are the intellectual property of the Global Scholars Foundation.
  15. The awardee will be given the right to use such intellectual properties; however, any misuse thereof may hold the awardee liable for damages and/or other penal action.
  16. The decision of the management in relation to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions will be final and binding on the nominees.
  17. The management reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw, amend, or add to the terms and conditions of these awards at any time. Any dispute relating to these awards will be subject to the judiciary in Maharashtra, India.
  18. By participating in these awards, all nominees agree to abide by and be bound by all the terms and conditions. All nominees are advised to understand all the terms and conditions and also review them, as they are subject to modification from time to time.

The Bhartiya Ratna Award is to be given by hands of the Padma Shri Award winner from the Government of India !
